Top Toys Under $25 for Baby’s First Year

(This post contains affiliate links. See our disclosure.)

Babies spend the first few months of their life primarily sleeping and eating, but once they’re beyond the newborn days they’ll start to show some interest in the world around them. This phase is a lot of fun, and a good time to introduce them to some toys that will stimulate and entertain them.

Babies play and learn through sensory exploration. Selecting toys that encourage them to use their senses to play is important in their development. Although we love neutral colors, contrasting colors (especially black and white for children under six months) are beneficial to your baby’s developing eyes. Babies will also enjoy toys with different textures and sounds to engage their hands and ears. And since babies put everything (and we mean everything) in their mouth, make sure all toys are safe to chew on.

Below is a list of top baby toys under $25 for their first year of life.
