The Best Toddler Pajamas on Amazon!
Look, I love my Hanna Jams and KicKee Pants a lot. A lot a lot.
But I was also blessed with a big-brained child whose head gets stuck in his Hanna Jams and his KicKee Pants. My husband complains about this. I think the small head holes are worth it, but I don’t like hearing my husband whine about them, so I’ve experimented with other pajama varieties on Amazon.
If your kids are like mine, they grow like garden weeds, and usually in spurts. All of a sudden, their pajama shirts are crop tops, and you have no time to run to the store. Enter: Amazon Prime.
I’ve tried several pajama sets from Amazon. Some of the softest and stretchiest toddler and kid pajamas I’ve found came from a growth spurt and Amazon Prime. There are hundreds of sets to choose from.
Here are eight of my favorites pairs on Amazon. As a bonus all of them are affordable too, priced for $25 or less:

Toddler and Kids’ Pajamas on Amazon
1 | Allie & Oliver Kids’ Ribbed Pajamas Set
We have a son and a daughter, so I’ve worked hard over the past year to get our son sets that he can pass down to our daughter. Fun, neutral prints and solid colors tend to accomplish that goal, although, as far as I’m concerned, there is nothing wrong with a little girl rocking fire truck PJs.
I love this set especially because it has very fine ribbing, is stretchy, and features a relatively wide neck (but not too wide—the top sits nicely against the collar bone). This particular set runs from twelve months to ten years—perfect for siblings to match.
2 | Vaenait Baby Solid Viscose Pajamas
In warmer weather, I am a big sucker for short sets—for myself and my kiddos. The fabric in this set is made from 70% viscose, which is created from a type of rayon fiber made from natural materials like wood. It’s soft and breathable, which keeps the littles cool, dry, and comfortable.
Two other things that are often underrated until you’re a parent are the wider waistband and that the whole set is tagless. The more feminine colors have a really pretty scallop detail on the edges. This set runs from 18 months to eight years and runs a bit small.
3 | Owlivia Organic Cotton Pajama Set
I err on the side of 100% organic sets for several reasons, including finding them to be thicker and overall higher quality. I always put myself in my kids’ shoes when I’m shopping for them, considering how I want to feel while wearing my pajamas, and warm + cozy is key for me.
I love how chic and gender-neutral the prints are on this brand in particular—they are perfect for sibling hand-me-downs, and the bunny set would be a great addition to an Easter basket! This set runs from 2-4T.
4 | Avauma Snug Fit Ribbed Pajamas
We have at least three sets of these solid Avauma pajamas for our children. They are thick and stretchy and also offer a shorts and tee option for warmer weather. This is another rayon set (very breathable) that keeps our kids warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
There are 28 colors and styles here, so you have lots to choose from! Sizes range from six months to eight years.
5 | Vaenait Baby Marbling Pajamas
If you think you’ve seen these PJs going around on the ‘gram, you’re right. I’ve seen tons of bloggers and friends of mine alike posting pictures of their kiddos in these pajamas, and with good reason!
They’re 100% cotton and run from twelve months to twelve years. One of the widest size ranges of the bunch, these cozies also have a very on-trend print, which has clearly made for lots of sales. They are tagless and have a stretchy head whole—ideal for all the big-brained kids in your life.
6 | Burt’s Bees Baby Organic 2-Piece Pajamas
An Amazon PJ roundup wouldn’t be complete without Burt’s Bees, which is known for its cute prints and organic cotton. I find that Burt’s Bees tends to run small, so keep that in mind as you add multiple prints to your cart. I am drooling over this kiwi set and added it to our son’s wish list to hand down to our daughter.
Pro tip: If you haven’t already created them, child-specific Amazon wish lists are the perfect way to corral grandparents who very much enjoy spoiling your children. This set runs from twelve months to seven years.
7 | Moon and Back by Hanna Andersson Long Sleeve Pajama Set
I was SO excited to see Hanna Andersson partner with Amazon to release Moon and Back by Hanna Andersson, a more affordable version of their brand. The prints are really cute and unique, and the fabric is super thick. Plus, the head holes are pretty stretchy, which makes for happier husbands.
Similar to Burt’s Bees, I’ve found these PJs run slightly small, so I’d recommend sizing up. Sizing runs all the way from six months to fourteen years—this set has the widest size selection of the whole bunch! I’ve already added the kitty print to our daughter’s wish list.
8 | Moon and Back by Hanna Andersson One-Piece Footless Pajamas
Since becoming a parent, I have had an enduring love affair with pajamas and onesie zippers. They have saved me during airplane diaper changes, while rushing to get out of the house, and with wiggly, impatient babies. Plus, the ability to grab one piece versus two is always preferable in my world.
When my babies were smaller, I was no stranger to putting them in a one-piece like this, throwing on some booties, and calling it an outfit-of-the-da-…er, outfit-until-the-next-blowout-or-spit-up. Grab these for your littles from newborn through 3T, and keep in mind they run a bit small.
I hope you find something you love here! If you do, please share with us on social media. We’d love to see your littles rocking their Amazon PJs! We’re @thriftylittles on Instagram and Facebook.
