It has been quite the week at our house! It started out with not one, not two, but all three kids coming down with the stomach flu within twelve hours of each. It was rough. So. Much. Laundry. We survived though and after a week are back to our household baseline of colds all around! I’ll take it. I’m just happy we’re able to venture outside a bit and enjoy some of this sunny weather that’s pretty rare in Seattle this time of year!

Today I’ve teamed up with Nordstrom to share some favorite winter fashion for girls. The top trends that I spotted all through the girls’ department are velvet and sparkles. Mae especially gets excited about anything with sparkle. She’s wearing this Tucker + Tate Quilted Dress for that exact reason – bonus that it’s thick and has pockets! We all know about dresses with pockets, right? Of course, this sweater was an obvious choice for Winnie because the girl marches to the beat of her own drum.

I was also so excited to discover these tights for the girls because they’re lined with fleece! I know I’ve mentioned this before but Mae typically only wears dresses and I’m always worried about her being cold in the winter months. These look just like regular footless tights but they’re warm. I also love these sparkle leggings. They’re perfect for dressing up during the holiday season.

Nordstrom is one of my go-to spot for the girls because they have so many of my favorite children’s brands in one spot and the shipping is free. Plus they have free & easy returns! The girls’ outfits and more top picks are below. Everything (except their shoes) is under $50!
